Wtf hows it keep going up when there in 800,000 of debt...
The Company has no employees as of the date of this annual report other than its sole director, Paul Minichiello. The Company does not have any subsidiaries. The company does not own, either legally or beneficially, any patents or trademarks.
At May 31, 2006, the Company had cash of $115,796.
total liabilities of $1,006,675, of which $890,664 were notes payable.
We incurred net operating losses in the amount of $310,451 for the three-month period ended May 31, 2006
Manchester, Inc. (OTCBB MNCS) Thursday's market went up 0.42% to $7.15 per share, with a total of 110,197 shares traded. On Sept. 1, Manchester, Inc. announced it has completed a three year consolidated financial audit of the first "Buy-Here Pay-Here" dealership it plans to acquire. The Company chose to conclude this audit in advance of closing the acquisition in order to assure compliance with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's requirement to file audited financial statements within four days of closing. Manchester anticipates that it will close and disclose the identity of this acquisition shortly. Mr. James A. Worosz, Senior VP Finance, said, "The completion of the three-year audited statements will enable the Company to close the acquisition of its first 'Buy-Here/Pay-Here' dealership and begin the execution of the business model."

That's the darndest chart! I thought I was looking at two trend lines, not the stocks price and the 20-day average.
It's very interesting to watch, but I won't invest in this one... they haven't done anything yet.
