The Toni Turner books have been recommended here by a lot of people. I just got mine yesterday and so far they are a easy, but informative read. Plowed through 4 chapters in one sitting.
I picked up:
Short-term Trading in the New Stock Market
A Beginner's Guide to Short-Term Trading: How to Maximize Profits in 3 Days to 3 Weeks
A Beginner's Guide To Day Trading Online

www.investopedia.com has a lot of good tutorials to read through and I like how they give you fictional scenarios so that you can actually see the what they are describing
