New function is added in www.dojispace.com (http://www.dojispace.com), please go to test trading skill (http://dojispace.com/StockAnalysis.aspx)page. The training tool allows you to test your technical analysis skill against real historical stock market data. You can select study the stock pattern to decide "buy" or "sell" that stock, and your profit will be made by stock price up(if you "buy") or stock price down(if you "sell").
Play fun.

one recommendation, some of the TA "trainers" like these that I have seen also give the option of viewing what happened next, even if you choose not to "buy" or "sell" the stock/chart .........

This is cool - thanks. I agree that a "wait/hold" button would be nice.

Thank you for everyone's opinions.
You are able to choose the day from the list to decide the "hold" length from past,
and we are considering to add more function here.
Please feel free to give any commends.

perhaps i can clarify,
if you choose the option "new trade", it would be beneficial to see what happened to the current chart before the new one is displayed - or at least have the option to see it.

I got it, it is a good suggestion, and we will add the function soon.
Thanks.

care for another recommendation?
seems all the charts posted are from the same time frame of this last summer.
perhaps masking the date or year (since its pretty easy to know where most stocks have headed since Aug 08 ) or the ability for the software to randomly select charts from a deeper pool of time - might be beneficial?????
i know its meant as a study tool sort of, but i "earned" quite a bit, just "selling" every choice over the max amount of days

perhaps in the short term, you could just add some ETF ultra shorts to your array of summer stocks which will mix it up a bit ?????

Hey Schulink, this is great stuff. Is it possible to test our own strats on this page or on this simulator? Like changing the Macd or something like that. Just asking.

Hi,Freakscene:
We just add the "VIEW" function in the testing skill tool, you can click it to see without "Buy" or "Sell", we also put more data from previous time and mask the date.
Thanks for ideas.

Did you mean to use a different technical indicator?
