Today CPST, a former Cman favorite caught an upgrade to outperform w/ a price target of $5. If we rally keep your eye on this one.

CWCO caught two upgrades citing risk/reward. Down over 50% YTD their story is almost compelling. I know simmi was talking about utilities and I think if you like that story this one is a good one to watch. Seawater desalination plants are somewhat recession proof because humans just can't go without water. Revenue should maintain a consistent stream and it's a good stock to keep in mind.

Reminds me of my old buddy and pal SBS. If you belief in Brazil, believe in SBS. This utility has explosive growth potential. In addition, one could argue recession proof revenue due to their business of water and sewage. Oh yeah, they're also yielding a touch over 9% paying a $0.929 dividend last time around. Value trap? Maybe. Down over 50% YTD its been beaten with the ugly stick and to beat this one down is to assume urbanization in Brazil has come to a screaming halt.

Just a thought.

Well EWZ is bleeding money for me. The hedgies certainly think the Brazil story is an afterthought for the time being.
