I picked up a small handful of WB today as they FDIC seemed adamant that this would be finished today. What was JUST brought up on CNBC though is that C has no argument due to some of the rules within the bailout bill (it was posted in the WSJ's political blog apparently so some of you would know better than I would). I made good money off of WB last Friday and hope that I didn't make a stupid decision with regards to buying back in roughly a $1/share below the WFC offer...do you guys think I'm safe or should I start to worry?

Right now, investing in any financial stock should worry you. BAC just dropped the hammer today so I can't wait to see what happens to it tommorrow. But anyway it looks like the first judge that sided with Citi was over ruled and now the fight is on. I really do think WFC does have a good shot at taking WB because they are offering to do it w/o govt assistance.
