Personally, I would not have bought ECFL until I see a reversal signal. ECFL is still not oversold. It has not touched the lower bollinger band, the RSI(10) is not red yet and SS(5,3) is crossing over from ABOVE, so it is possible that the downtrend will continue. Also, it is dangerously flirting with support at .73, if it is compromised, the next safety net is at .30. This is just my T/A analysis, but you may know how ECFL reacts better then I do since I don't follow this stock and you do. IMHO

Sold nearly 90% @ .60 then watched it slip to .39...didn't have the balls to buy back in as it almost bounced off the 52 week low. Then closed at .50 which was a 20% gain 8O . Hindsight sickness here.

dont worry.. you should be happy.... there was a forward 10-1 split... so your in good shape....was reading throught other post....appears TDA is slow to catch up in the ajustments.. most firms take 1 or 2 days to strait it out..

I was informed by a TDA Representative 5 hours ago the shares would be in my account in 1-2 hours... My profts have gone from 175 to under 40$ because i am unable to sell. Today alone my profts have dropped 40$ just in the additional hours ive had to wait to get my shares. Ive already been informed TDA has the shares, but dont have them in my account.

This is an outrage to any shareholder of ECFL, our brokers are supposed to be there to help us. As a client i am very disappointed by TDA's stifleing away of our (ECFL shareholders) hard earned profits because of lag time in getting us our due shares. Conducting business in this way is not only incurious, but detrimental to all clients of TDA. I feel if you conduct business in this trivial way you should inform shareholders prior to the split that they wont be able to sell for many days, if not whole weeks. I personally have been waiting since Friday. This practice punishes people for buying stock through TDA, which is, in part, run from commission profits .

Incidents like this make me question TDA as my broker, however i feel TDA has some of the best tools and user interfaces around (along with excellent costumer support!). Although my continued relationship with TDA is not dependent on compensation for this issue, it is preferred. Had TDA given me my shares in a timely manner there would be no need for any compensation, but i feel as though i, have been cheated by TDA policy. Keep in mine while considering this request: Friday i was told i would have them in 2-3 days. Today i was told i would have them before 10am. I have lost great gains because of the untimeliness of shares being transferred. In the time it took for me to write this email the stock is down even more, heading for even lower number every minute i dont have my shares.

If you cannot approve my request, i encourage, no implore you to forward my email on to every level of management possible (if this is unreasonable im sure you know key individuals to forward my request). Please consider my request seriously before coming to a decision. If you are willing to compensate the entire amount it would equate to 16 free trades. If you are willing to compensate me, but not in full, please do, as any partial compensation would show tremendous signs of good faith.

One thing I've learned on spec plays is just because it's down 50 or 60% does'nt mean it's going to bounce back. When the airs out of the bag, they often sink even lower.
I think the safer bet on this one would be Krazy's and be wrong, than yours and be wrong.

Unfortunately much more than $10 this time. Normal trades are $8 up to a certain amount of shares; I'd have to look that number up. The company I work for automatically sets you up with a Fidelity account for stock awards and their employee stock purchase program.

I'm rather new to trading so I've been using this account. I've quickly realized that if you're going to buy large amounts of shares of cheap stock Fidelity is not the company to use.

I'll be switching in the near future.

Well I think it closed at .019 - so the first few (30) minutes will be crucial tomorrow - I will probably buy in if it is holding it's ground, if it drops I am staying out until I see it coming back - then ride the wave of fun :)

Agreed - if you got it to burn, fire away - but me - I'm putting in a little chunk (50,000 shares is plenty for me - hopefully it will go up a couple of cents per share - that would rule - not expecting huge things out of this one - but when i can afford to buy that many shares - every little move up helps :)

Slow & steady wins the race, but it doesnt hurt to get a few big & fast gains mixed in :)

I would look for a rally and sell 50% of your stake at 100% increase and hold the rest for a couple of years or so to see what happens with the balance.

I would not be surprised if this stock gets very boring after this expected move and decides to range sideways for a looooong period of time until further developments move it upward. personally i would like to see a base of at least 60 days form before a move above .05 for the long term players.

Dang - .005 - Danger Will Robinson, Danger. Well I guess the good news is taht this cannot possibly go into the negative right? This one may very well end up rainking up there with AMNM (which is now CORR) - bought 100 shares @ 1.26 years ago - still sitting in my accoutn at schwab because the dang things are worth maybe .01 all together now - cant even sell them. Hell I'd be happy to sell my remaining at .012 - that is what my "abandon ship" sell order the otehr day was at - just kept dropping before anyone would bite onthe last shares. I dont wanna cancel taht order and redo it at a lower price coz i want these to be included inthe commissions of the original sale.

Long term I have no clue as to what this thing will do - if it woud start to move back up I might still consider buying a few more shares just to average out my existing ones so i didnt take such a hit on this (altho $300 pales in comparison to the hit you're taking).
