I work with network infrastructure and alot of Nokia appliances, so this news was big to me, but not sure how to play the market-aspect of this:

Basically, Nokia, the #1 cell phone maker, was also big in the appliance and software market for firewalls. (I manage about 120 Nokia firewalls)
The news is that their are talks to sell this portion of their business, but a name hasn't been announced. Another large player in this is Checkpoint (CKP). I would say this is the majority of the software that is installed on this Nokia appliances, and Checkpoint has really been moving their business from a software company into a company that will supply both your software, hardware, and support the Operating System on this hardware.
Sooo, what's the market play? Is Nokia getting out because they are lossing market share? Is CKP the buyer? Even if they are not, I think this sale will benefit them.
