shakeout in the morning then ran up in the afternoon to close nicely near the days highs. 8)

Insider keeps buying day after day, check that previous link, more bought today, stock touched 26. lots of gaps to fill in this one.

Indirect-indirect stock holdings include the stocks held through mutual funds, trusts and retirement accounts.

These could be purchases through his pension plan...but i would imagine that those are more periodic purchases, like most people purchase on a once a month basis. So, the indirect purchases could be that daddy-o has a trust, a VERY LARGE trust that he purchases his shares through.
