Revlon has already made its bounce from .80 back up to 1.30 a few months ago. I think it's dying out and doesn't have much longer to be in business.

Come on. It is a brand. It will not die just like some nobody-know company. It will be bought out in some day. Another question when and how. Debt of the company is just huge so it scares potential investors I guess.

I'm not all that familiar with Revlon, but a stock I've had my eye on is Avon AVP. In my opinion, it is undervalued. It is attempting to expand into China, which could be great for the stocks future valuation.
I think that Avon and Revlon are good downturn plays (I'm a guy, what do i know). I mean, women have to buy makeup no matter what, right? If they lose their jobs, they still have to buy make up for a job interview, right?
Their CEO is kind of a doofus. I've heard rumors that she could be replaced and this could add $2-5 to the share price.

AVP (http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=AVP&t=6m) Avon looks really intresting to me:
I checked position on Amazon.com
Avon
Avon - Beauty (496) (http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_nr_i_4/102-3075851-8115313?ie=UTF8&keywords=AVON&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3AAVON%2Ci%3Abeauty&page=1)
Revlon
Health & Personal Care (1756) (http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_nr_i_1/102-3075851-8115313?ie=UTF8&keywords=Revlon&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3ARevlon%2Ci%3Ahpc&page=1)
It might be not an argument. But it looks like Revlon's goods have a better exposure.
Book value of Avon is too low. Second Avon Qtrly Earnings Growth (yoy): -54.10%

I caution this comment again by saying I'm a guy, but Avon does the majority of their selling by door to door agents. Their agents distribute catalogs and have their customer base (think tupperware). I know this because my mom and sister would buy avon products this way.
I'm thinking that there are not a lot of products on Amazon because their agents would get PO'd that people were buying their products from somewhere other than them.
Their product line is pretty extensive as their small catalog is pretty sizable and is kept pretty current.
Maybe a woman on this board with experience here can chime in?
