On Wednesday's Mad Money Cramer told viewers that Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson is doing a terrible job of convincing the public of the importance of the bailout plan by using Wall Street rhetoric. Cramer said the plan needs to be passed or unemployment could skyrocket to 20% to 30%.
