I am thinking about putt%ing about 30% of my portfolio in Cogent and would also like any opinions or advice about this stock? Thanks. I will buy under 15 and sell over 24. How ya like them apples?

It's in a steady downtrend. It looks like it will hit the upper trend line around 14.50, then pull back below $13. If you are going to buy it long term, wait for a flatening bottom(Stage 1) then buy the break out. I have said this a million times. DO NOT BUY a stock because YOU THINK that it will go to a ceratin price then sell at X price. The market is irrational and will do what ever it wants. Let the stock come to you. COGT does not have any strong support. It can go below $10. Who knows. Wait for the stock to trade a sideways(flattening bottom) before buying it. IMHO

Thanks for the update. I did receive a this pick from a great source of mine and IMO this stock goes above 25 within 52 weeks. Please keep me informed as to any specific chart pattern changes because I am eager to at least buy a small core position and average up or down from there. I see this company has strong government contracts and huge growth planned for 2007. Anyone else follow or have an opinion about Cogent the company and COGT thr stock? Optimus- What do you see behind the numbers of this stock. i/e Do you see it as a growth and value play long? IMO opinion wait for the stock to come to you and when this one does add COGT to your portfolio and you will thank me later...

It's under 10 bucks after hours. It's ask is now 9.75$. Easy double in one year! Look at the 2007 growth earnings! Get in now or be sorry! This is a no brainer under 10$ bucks and all the way to 20$. This is your shot guys!
