GW beat earnings tonight. They had record results. Hopefully it can break and stay above $8.00 in the next few days.

If natural gas stays higher like this going in to the fall look to short Dow Chemical [DOW] and Multi Color Corp [LABL].

NGAS resistance is 9.45 and if nat gas continues higher it could go right thru that. I had this stock last year when it ran from 8 to 16 but i don't think it will do it again unless nat gas takes off. They report aug 16th and i would not want to be holding this 1 thru earnings as they have a history of missing the est. With the low price of nat gas in the 2nd qtr my guess is they will miss the est. again. If ngas has a nice run it could be a nice short for earnings. Keep your eye on nat gas a few more days like yesterday and NGAS could see 12 imo. Good luck

Sould be a great day for the nat gas stocks as ng goes higher. NGAS 9.48 in pre market looks like resistance of 9.45 is going.

NGAS 9.59 and could take out the 200 day moving average. If so look for a run to 12 imo and if nat gas runs like it did last year look for NGAS to see 16 again and then higher imo. Good luck

One of the mad money guys recommended the following on July 15.
CHK THX APA ECA
They've already had some decent runups.
Their reasoning was that because of the "natural" convergence btw nat. gas and oil that was widely divergent at the time.

KWK at $35.35

Key Gas Pipeline Blown Up in Southwestern Pakistan
By VOA News
08 August 2006
Pakistani authorities say suspected tribal militants have blown up a key gas pipeline in the restive southwestern Baluchistan province.
Local police say the pre-dawn attack occurred near the major gas field at Sui town, which feeds gas to the southern port city of Karachi. No injuries were reported.
No one has claimed responsibility for the incident. Similar attacks in the past have been blamed on Baluch tribal militants who have repeatedly attacked energy facilities and security forces in the province. The militants have been trying to get a greater share of lease money generated by the region's natural resources.
Pakistan has deployed thousands of para-military troops in the region to crush the low-level insurgency.

Bullish numbers for nat gas could be problems this winter if this continues. Look for NGAS to rally on this report imo
