What's ur entry Target?
TheChartGuru

Only buy on a break out. That means wait for the stock to trade above it's prior day's open after the first 15 minutes of trading. If it doesn't hold "green" and drops, let it go. Let the stock come to you. I expect SUF to bounce big in the next 2 days. My entry for tomorrow would be at $4.81.

Throw your spouse over board and make more room to load your boat tomorrow.

Am I misunderstanding something? If you wait until it trades above it's prior day opening wouldn't that be above $4.41 tomorrow? How do you get $4.81?

He posted that on the 24th when it SUF opened @$4.80 therefore his entry target was $4.81. SUF looks like a potential breakout but wait till it there is a movement up, let it trade above $4.47(high on 26th) and hold it.May be 2morrow is the day...

Forbes Analysts Evaluation...........
Moving Average Convergence/Divergence (MACD) indicates a Bearish Trend.
Chart pattern indicates a Weak Downward Trend.
Relative Strength is Bearish.
Up/Down volume pattern indicates that the stock is under Distribution.
The 50 day Moving Average is falling which is Bearish.
The 200 day Moving Average is rising which is Bullish.
Indicators are conflicting.......can go either way from here IMHO. Not sure about loading the boat, I think prudence might prevent that. Might be better to put on watch list !

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh yes...all good reasons to buy SUF :)
Of course, it should be put on a watchlist and enter appropriately. My super-duper-top-secret indicator says that it will bounce tomorrow or Friday. I had CTDC, ISON and GEPT on my watchlist today using my super-duper-top-secret indicator and they bounced really well today. Look at their charts and figure out what they all had in common......huuuuuuuuummmmmm. I'm sure no one would have wanted to touch these three stocks with a 10 foot pole, except the Guru and my followers :) Unfortunately, I had to work again today and missed the opportunity. The beauty is that there are gems like these every day. I'll be posting some picks tonight. Put them on your watch list and see what they do.

Daaaamn! I've never seen a cup and handle like SUF displayed 7/26/06 in an intraday chart. That is usually something that takes weeks or months to develop. You got some sort of Asian sounding appellation for that Frank?

Very good observation there Grasshopper. Notice how tight the bollinger bands(the handle) are and notice how the EMA(13),(100) and EMA(150) are all together on the 5 minute chart. That is why I'm expecting a break out tomorrow.

Danger Will Robinson. Any Idea why this news would be good? This sort of thing is a tad worrisome, intraday teacups not withstanding.
WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--SulphCo Inc. (SUF) said Monday that it has terminated Michael Applegate as executive vice president and chief operating officer.
The Sparks, Nev., oil refiner ended Applegate's employment last Wednesday, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. SulphCo didn't disclose a reason for the termination in its filing.
SulphCo President Peter Gunnerman will serve as interim operating chief until a replacement is found, the company said.
SulphCo uses sound waves to lower the weight, density and viscosity of crude oil, increasing the amount of light oil recovered during refining.

Probably cause for the selloff. I don't think anyone here is looking to make SUF a longterm holding. I, for one, just want to catcht the bounce off the chart it made yesterday.

There goes the train. Was only able to buy 1000 at $4.50. Will add on the pull back. My super-duper-top-secret indicator strikes again :)
Good luck to everyone that got in SUF

I've been watching it too. Wasn't able to get in. It gapped up too quickly for me. What's your entry on the pullback? Also, where do you see this bad boy headed (resistence)?

Mad, I don't look that far ahead. Right now I'm watching the 3 and 5 minute charts and the 15 minutes a little later. It is now obvious that the downtrend has been broken and it will go as high as the greedy traders want to take it. We just need to be on the train. Volume hasn't even kicked in. Wait until SUF begins to gain some volume as the break out pattern scans start to show up on the day traders screens :)

Aiki, like I have mentioned before, throw away all that fundy and news stuff. Charts are the way to go my brother. There was no reason to buy SUF with all the bad press, but it is now up almost 20% already and going higher! Even if this is only a dead cat bounce, I'll take a 20%+ any day. My super-duper-top-secret indicator is 100% accurate when proper entry(the break out) is taken.

SUF held very well at the Fib 38.2% retracement line. Appears that 4.60 is the support. Bought 1000 share at $4.70
