Here are my rules:


The stock has to be a speculative stock
With a GREAT story and a date to watch for (which somehow will be postponed or extended or something, so Master Cramer will have yet another countdown calendar)
Cramer likes it as a speculative play
He has had on the CEO and really, really likes the CEO


My candidate is "clne"

Already we have the Boone Pickens Clan playing legal games with the stock (a la Mel K and Sirius): Boone's wife selling a million shares and Cramer saying selling is essentially meaningless and me saying, HEEHEEHEE, wanna bet, Master Cramer?

You see these stocks amoung the penny stocks all the time. Pump and Dump.

So, national scene huh........how about SHLD?

I don't recall if Eddie Lambert has ever been on the show though.

Some random Brain Flatulance:

"siri" did not start out a penny stock: it was pure speculation and then when the approval was finally granted Mel K pulled a legal financial stunt no one--NO ONE--gave us Newbies heads up about the possible legal financial stunts that could be played

I knew going into the stock it was speculation, fine!

I did my homework, so I thought, based on approval of the merger with XM

As soon as it got approval Mel K, who would be on my Wall of Shame, pulled his stunt

The silent big shots knew something was wrong, but I did not catch it when I should have wondered why the Slow Stochastic did not indicate heavy traffic into the stock by the big money people when approval was imminent

With "shld" you know Eddie L is a player who will win big time even if he loses--another HAHA, GOTCHA for Newbies

With "clne," sorry, but this looks awfully like another stock that is going to be legally played this time by folksy Big Timer Boone P, who is, oh, so worried 'bout our energy crisis--HAHAHA, YEA, SURE, AND I GOT A BRIDGE IN NEW YORK TO HUSTLE YOU

I loved it when Master Cramer poo-pooed no big deal about Mrs. Pickens selling a million shares, because she loved animals (MASTER CRAMER, COME ON, WHAT A WEIRD REASON TO BUY INTO THIS SELLING NOTION) and, and, selling anyway is no big deal by shots

Oh, yea, watch "clne" over the coming days and do buy shares so you can get fleeced by some legal shenanigans
