So many stocks, so little time.
This is one of those that could have been easily missed a few months ago as the news came out a few months ago and the stock went down although the buyback was announced. Sometimes people don't jump right in. In this case if you jumped a few months ago you would have been down a while until just recently when we started to climb.

FGFC usually releases news early in the week. Expect more PR on buyback plan and hopefully financials. This one is ready for another run. Three days in a row down. Usually means a day or two in the green. plus PR's to help move it back up. Im buying in this morning and taking small profit when I see it. Good stock to flip when volume is high.

There were a few LARGE buys during the last few minutes Friday. I'm thinking it was part of the buyback. Look for a gap up this morning before settling back down. Probably ending the day up 5%.
This is a long termer if there is such a thing in pinks/BB stocks.

Not a lot of feedback here but over on Allstocks.com people are going nuts about it. They even have a running projection of how many shares are held by the members compared to the outstanding float and restricted shares.

However this is not the financials or more on the buy back and lately the PR has not really been moving this stock much. But for the long term this is positive reinforcement that First Guardian is a real company doing real business.
And yes last week I saw some 10 to 15,000 dollar buys during some odd times of the day.

Looks like good news! Just the fact they are opening a subsidiary.
