If you watched tonight, you understand that half-full or half-empty. But is Bernanke's learning curve over? Is this the street telling itself what it wants to hear? Did anything change that radically from last thursday to tomorrow? Was the glass ever half empty? Or half-full?
Being a polar bear, i am actually bullish till monday. Dont worry, i took 2 asprin.

... guess it was a head fake...

ps- if you bought this afternoon i think you will make money by tuesday morning. This is panic and program selling going on, hope you don't use anything but mental stops.

Summer shorting session is back. Don't get caught by the bear stampede. I don't think earnings will be strong enough to hold back the bears. What do you'll think?

Well i went long tie, cup, and fuel friday afternoon, as per the post. lost a dime on cup today, a quarter on tie, and made fidy on fuel. Not exactly a great day, guess they were not waiting around till tuesday like i thought. Of course hind sight is 20/20, but the russell buying even got me!

So i realize i am starting to out think the market, always dangerous. A fan of the kiss theory, if the futures are up in the morning, sell first thing, cover in the afternoon. futures down, buy in the morning, sell in the afternoon. But its prolly time to change the dance again. Makes me jealous of investors!

Investors haven't gone anywhere in 6 years in the stock market. I'd be investing in CD's if I was an investor.

Money markets and floating fund rates not looking to shabby either.

Oil stocks mixed on bad news out of Iran. With the gravity of Iran rejecting talks you'd expect all oils to be up (since the commodity is up). This lends further credence to the fact it may be time to cash out or put on the shorts.
