That place has been there for 2 yrs. I haven't really gotten that there's much of a buzz around it. I think it was hatched by a couple of Wharton guys. My wife works at UPENN and we go by it all the time. It looks moderately busy in the morning and through lunch but not so busy the investment opportunity strikes you in the forehead.

Boy, the concept looks good! Imagine what a place like that could make if marketed like Starbuck--selling a bowl of jazzed up Wheaties for $5...The problem would be what to do with a place the rest of the day. What does your wife see there after 10 am? Why so few customers period?

She can't say that she notices, it's not a place we would go in and only noticed it cause it's a bit of a wacky concept. I think cereal is not easily taken out so it's not a grab and eat/drink in the car or while walking to wherever. I think its an OK college area thing but I doubt it'll fly in the big city.

Strange how she feels, I guess...It just seems like a concept that could be worked into something

Master Cramer has so affected my lens on the world I am constantly looking and listening for the next "Starbuck" or "Apple" or whatever, so Sunday when the History Channel spent the afternoon on food, I noted even the machinery being used by the food companies

See, Master Cramer preaches how much he likes regional companies moving or could move nationally

Another company that stood out meeting this criteria is California Pizza Kitchen--high end pizza (http://finance.google.com/finance?cid=665101)

Again what I liked here was the Starbuck thing about being able to charge outrageiously and still people line up

Sounds like you're on the right track, maybe cereal doesn't fill the bill (and thats just one opinion) but the best way to be on the inside track to find it is to aggressively look and think outside the box. Good luck and remember me when you find it.

Thanks

I am not some hot shot investor

I simply enjoy Master Cramer, because he gives me new ways to enjoy the world

If I do make it, I WILL NOT REMEMBER ALL THE LITTLE PEOPLE WHO MADE IT POSSIBLE

:)

Hey, Master Cramer preaches be cynical and sociopathic--Iffen you makes the loot, youse can always do a Gates-Buffet to eaze the ol' conscience--iffen you still have a microscopic drop of conscience and still be rich beyond dreams

:)

Ok then. Good luck and forget me. I'll do the DD on my own as always. I like to see all boats rise on good tides, but quite frankly I realize most will sink, I'll put my hand out cause I think it's the right thing to do and I'll be able to live with myself. That attitude has served me well thus far and I am quite fortunate in my circumstances. The cynicism and sociopathy are nonsense, it's a whole lot better maintaining a positive outlook and being generous or at least benign. Being rich is great, but without friends and family it's meaningless, cynics and sociopaths die alone and are quickly forgotten (unless they are really creative and achieve ignominy), and rightly so. You wanna be a mercenary you live with the consequences.

Oh, I will...Smiley Faces are delicious...Whatever, I truly hope you make a mint regradless the metrics to life you use since most of here are Newbies...I am not being cynical when I say I hope you make a mint...
