I am still holding onto what I bought at .70 I hope this one takes off again, it is killing me.

They must be really strapped for cash if they will sell their office building for four million and give the "owner" nearly half a million a year (nearly five million) for a ten year lease. I left this house of pain at .68 after stupidly turning down taking .95 a couple of days prior.
