I'm thinking of entering into an JV with a friend who has successfully demonstrated to me that his daily stock picks are winners.
I'm considering funding an account (with Trade Station) that would allow him to trade the futures market (which he does daily for a few other folks) and am working on appropriate wording for this venture that would outline the relationship...He prepared wording and I have elaborated some to it. I just need to see if I'm missing anything of substance, which I'm sure I'am.
Capitol Contributions, distributions, survivorship, termination, negligence, hold harmless, high water marks yadda, yadda, yadda.
Can anyone steer me in the right direction? I'm surfing for info without too much luck.
