its not a bad layout...
BUT.. ive been noticing the issues it has. a lot of times i get: this webpage is not available.
so dont go deleting firefox yet :P

I played with it a bit today, and noticed it acts a great deal like opera...

I like it. I like the memory separation it does with each tab - makes a lot of sense and I'm glad a browser maker finally got this.
But it seems to use way too much memory and even crashes sometimes when connected to adobe acrobat to view a pdf. I don't like having the bookmarks tab on the right since menus open in opposite directions if you do that - pretty minor point! I like the "most common" thumbnail view but it'd be nicer if it actually did a look at the page rather than storing the image from the previous visit. I like the column with the recently bookmarked and tabs recently closed.

ive noticed it has some issues with flash player as well
