SkyBridge Technology Group, Inc. ``SBTG'' Announces Taking Its Subsidiary (Sierra Pacific Aviation, Inc.) Public and Issuance of Stock Dividend to SBTG Shareholders

LAS VEGAS, Jun 05, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

SkyBridge Technology Group, Inc. (Formerly SkyBridge Wireless, Inc.) (OTC:SBTG) Board of Directors has announced today that they have approved its wholly owned subsidiary, Sierra Pacific Aviation, Inc. to become a public company. Sierra Pacific Aviation, Inc. will become a Publicly traded Pink Sheet company.

"We anticipate that Sierra Pacific Aviation, Inc. will complete the process of becoming a publicly traded company in the 1st quarter of 2007 after the year end audit," stated James Wheeler, CEO of SkyBridge Technology Group, Inc.

In addition shareholders of SBTG stock will receive a common stock dividend. All SBTG shareholders of record as of June 19, 2006, will receive one share of Sierra Pacific Aviation, Inc. for every 20 shares of SkyBridge Technology Group, Inc. common stock that they own at close of business on June 19, 2006. The shares will be issued once Sierra Pacific Aviation, Inc. has completed its Pink Sheet filings. "We are excited to issue this dividend to our loyal shareholders and show our appreciation," stated Wheeler.

If this stock could break .02 I would be a happy camper.

It will be interesting to see what the company does between now and June 19th. I am in at .015 and hoping to see .025 in the near future.

Sure has been a bumpy ride with this stock. If you can pick it up around 0.0006 I would jump on it. It is common for the stock to move 0.0001 or so during a day, resulting in a 12% trade. Just an fyi.
