Hmmm crap...definately not the positions I wanted to buy in given that number.

All the big guys want to con us into buying, so they can sell for a profit. That is what I think is going on.

Additionally, we want a slower economy to slow the fed down, but a slower economy means less spending power of the consumer. The contrarian indicators are keeping the economy going sideways.

Don't give up now Brah, the Iranians threw a wet blanket but the suns drying it and the market's moving up. I got a good price on CVX jul calls and now it's back on the run up.
As an aside to Pierre, I'm going home for a visit on the 25th, anyone you want me to say hi to? Gonna hit the garden isle as well.

The oil prices are up. Gold is down and the dollar is down. I think this is bad for the market. People were once scared of the fed, and now a slowing economy (low job #'s) with rising energy costs is bad news. It's funny how the optimism changed on Friday.

GM short worked for me. I closed it at 26.15. I'm finally up this week.

Actually, I'm just playin... I'm still all cash, waitin for a solid signal... of which I don't think I'll see fer a while...

With regards to goin home, hope you have fun, have a nice cold Amstel light @ the Elk's club for me and enjoy that sunset, Bruddah, you know you just can't beat a hot summer day on Waikiki beach, takin the scenery... auwe... I can smell da coconut oil now...
