Shorting

This has been working so well for me.
I shorted GM and WMT today. It's risky, but so far I'm winning betting against big discretionary US stocks.

GM sales down 16% in May. This baby is going back to 20.

I'm up 40% since May. Every time I go long I get my butt kicked.

Yesterday I shorted NXG at 3.79 and closed it at 3.60 this morning. :)

I agree with you here, I am in GM $25 puts for June and July. I am actually glad the analysts were off by 6% on GM May sales, still allows for some of that shock panic selling I love so much!

On another note, anyone follow me into the NOVL promise land? Loving this thing too.

Ho hum......I still see a selloff for GM either Tomorrow, or early next week, way over where it should be...IMO

I nailed that Cigna long the other day, I am in the house of pleasure playing with the houses money now.

Taking my initial investment and holding it in cash to swap for UNH when the dust settles.

NBR is driving me nuts, VLO is getting there. BAC getting there, Golden Slacks I took a little off the table. Sold a little GOOG too since I have plenty of exposure to that already in Contrafund.

Time to look at what I can short next week. It was a good day for the bulls but it won't last.

Take a look at the housing sector, TOL, KBH just broke through support, even though it has dropped from 55-51, up today on the rally, Reporting on 6/16, expecting it to take hit here like the rest of the sector.
