this is why you dont read opinions of the clueless... if that person had any sense they would know that gold is dropping because of the weak dollar BUT the dollar is rising because of worsening conditions in europe

the comment on short financials, short the dollar, and buy oil...he's very dumb for calling this a dumb move, anyone with any sense of how everything works would agree that this is a great trade... however, i would play it a little different, i wouldnt short the dollar, unless it was a hedge against gold.. but then again, i smell inflation
