I've been waiting to buy this and I was going back and forth so i stopped looking. Are we looking for 10% by monday? Or is a long term play?

I waiting to see if it moves above resistance around 1.50. If it does, I'm in!

Forget 10%. SIRI is a long term play. A lotto ticket just like WAMU and ETFC. SIRI now has a monopoly in the radio satellite business. From a technical point, I believe SIRI has to consolidate here for a while and have the bollinger bands contract. Then it has to break out of the upper bollinger bands, preferrably above the MA(50), see ABK.
Wouldn't hurt to buy small positions at a time. It was very bullish when the DOW dropped over 300 points a couple of days ago and SIRI bearly twitched. I think all the bad news is in the price.

also I remember an announcement on the 4th of August that Mel bought 2 million shares around the 1.42 price, so that could help with support at that level.

big jump today late on no real news that I can find waiting for tomorrow morning to see if it continues uoward.
