All the signals are pointing to SIRI being completely oversold- sticking with what I said last night, it looks like next week could be a green week for SIRI...finally lol...

Excuse me... I had to go lookin for my $crotum sac...Held onto TMTA... why? I don't really know... I have a bad feeling, monday, might be uglier, I'm gonna wait for sales in the afternoon, maybe tuesday morning...
Maybe late august or september...

It may be prudent to sell half your position, wait a few days and buy it back cheaper. Eventually this selloff will just be another dip on the charts. We'll be moving up to new highs soon.
Few sectors or industries rebound the same day of their selloff.
Today was not a day to be buying much of anything.
Wait until after Monday.

I can't remember how many years it's been since I wrote a check. Do people still do that ?
Most accounts I'm aware of have the benefit of direct ACH transfers, just get online and move your money back and forth, usually with no fees.
C'mon man, get with the times ! :)

Sounds like Scottrade.....thats why I left em....hated that no ACH transfer anymore...

I hope you are right! I saw your post last night, and I hemmed and hawed today about pulling the trigger, but I got some at 4.33 so we'll see what next week brings!

And I still have to send or drop checks off at Scottrade. Last time I was in "my local office" the lady said they hope to have electronic transfers by this summer.

I did'nt intend to step on anyone's toes or offend.

It's just that ACH transfers make your money immediately available for trading in the event you're trying to catch a hot stock before it moves, or if you need to move it from your brokerage back to your checking account, then all you have to do is stop by the ATM machine and withdraw your money.

If you're using checks, most institutions will require a few days for the check to clear to access the funds, or if you're sending it in via snail mail you'll be waiting as well.
