Question about Insiders Trading Summary

I've been following some news on a stock, ERF Wireless Inc, (Symbol: ERFW). The Insiders Trading Summary screen lists the chairman as buying 4500 shares on 7/28/08 at $1.45, but the stock never went above $0.26 that day. If this just an order he has put in?

ERFW has a very active message board at YAHOO. Some of us have been in and out of ERF for over a year. All of us are net long, many with 10s of 1000s of shares. A note of warning however on the 'insider' trading figures. Most of these are not open market buys, but stock given in lieu of salary, expenses, etc. So be careful about that. That aside, the volume is starting to come back. Today's pivot was .40 and it looks like it will close at .41. It hit its lower resistance at .46. Full disclosure I am long (very long) this stock and have been for awhile. It is difficult to time, but volume is the key...as with most. Good luck...
