I'm thinkin' of gettin' in on this one (CHDT) as well, but my only concern would be the fact that it ran as soon as the projected revenues were announced on May 1, so it's somewhat peaked IMO, am I wrong here? On the flip side, of course it could go much higher when these projected revenues are made official! Cman, what do you think? Forgive me, for I don't know much about this stock.

Prodigy imo the stock is cheap and it is down from .068 from the other day when the 2100% news came out. I would think when the news of earnings come out on monday that it would at least test .068. I think it may do alot more and is a keeper as china grows. Im have been adding today and may sell some monday if it runs. Good luck

I have a lot into this, I keep putting in more each time they pull back, I have done as much DD as I can and keep coming up positive. Took a bit off the table at .058 and put it all back in at .046. I listen to the interviews with the CEO and try to track down every bit of news and I keep coming up positive, so god damn it this better pan out :wink:

COOPER CITY, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--May 15, 2006 -- China Direct Trading Corp. (OTC BB:CHDT.OB - News) today announced results for the Q1 FY2006 ended March 31, 2006, and the filing of its Form 10-Q quarterly report for Q1 FY2006.

Revenues increased to $2,511,809 from $204,354 (Q1 FY2005), or 1229%, primarily due to sales by our Complete Power Solutions, LLC majority-owned subsidiary.

Total sales orders reached $4,409,783 in Q1 FY2006, of which $2,511,809 could be recognized under applicable GAAP as Q1 FY2006 revenues.

Net income rose to $42,718 versus a loss of $(85,768) (Q1 FY2005). This discussion should be read in conjunction with the Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2006 and with the Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements and accompanying notes and with our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2005.

"China Direct is in an exceptionally stronger financial position now than in FY 2005 -- revenues are growing at an accelerating rate, our cash position is solid, and receivables are growing with final generator delivery and contract completion," said Howard Ullman, CEO/President of China Direct. "In Q1, we had much higher costs in association with completing the acquisition of CPS and we will continue to strive to drive cost efficiencies to hasten increased profitability. Based on current sales, we expect to see a continuing acceleration of generator sales activity through the second quarter of FY2006."

COOPER CITY, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--May 22, 2006 -- China Direct Trading Corp. (OTC BB:CHDT.OB - News) today announced that its Complete Power Solutions (CPS) subsidiary booked generator sales contracts for $2.732 million in the month of April 2006. This represents contracted sales growth of 41% from last month's totals and more than half of 1st quarter 2006 sales.
Actual financial results may vary based on auditor and other adjustments to the final audited SEC-filed financial results. Contracted generator sales represent the face value of generator installation contracts signed during the reported period, final revenue recognition for quarterly reporting purposes is determined by completed generator installations and related receipt of purchase price. The company receives a forty percent deposit upon signing of each generator installation contract, forty percent upon delivery and the remainder upon completion of installation. The default rate experienced during January through April 2006 has been one percent of total contracts.
