I picked this up from another site, I like it cus its a "green" energy stock, and they have applied to go on the AMEX....http://www.w2energy.com/
Thier website is awesome.

http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=WWEN&p=D&b=5&g=0&id=p60741202268

They had a dramatic increase in pps when the AMEX news was made, so its overbought now, but as summer approaches, may be good play.

Some DD below, which I got from another source:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
W2 Energy Inc. develops renewable energy technologies and applies to to new generation transportation fuel and electrical power systems.
Specifically, Green Energy is produced using core-patented technologies to produce green energy generating plants and applications.
The first project will be a combination Gas to liquid fuel and electricity plant. The plant will convert various biomass fuels like peat, sewage sludge and componse municipal garbage! (Converting trash and crap to fuel with patented technology? That's HUGE! That's awesome! )
The plant's capacity is estimated to be 10,000 barrels a day of Hydrocarbon Fuel and 300 Megawatts of Electricity!
I called them to find out whats going on before I held on and they said they're plant is near completion. Perhaps this was the reason for the huge 200+% run BEFORE today's news about their listing on AMEX
W2 Energy Inc. Signs Financial Engagement Letter With ABB
NEW YORK, Nov. 7, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- W2 Energy Inc. (Pink Sheets:WWEN), a developer of Green Energy, is pleased to announce it has signed a financial engagement letter with ABB of Norwalk, CT. Under the terms of the letter, ABB will assist in sourcing funds, either debt or equity, via its world-wide project and trade finance network for W2 Energy Inc.'s 10,000 barrel per/day 100MW combination biomass to GTL/electricity plant to be located in Guelph, Ontario. The terms of the agreement state upon successful financing, ABB will be paid a success fee of one (1) percent of the total project financing. ABB will also assist in the complete turnkey installation and engineering of all electrical generators and electrical systems.
The plant will utilize a state-of-the-art plasma reactor to obtain energy from biomass feedstock, without emitting CO2 into the atmosphere. The energy, in the form of a mixture of hydrocarbons, will then be converted into liquid fuels (ethlene, diesel), hydrogen and natural gas. Excess carbons and ash will be utilized for fertilizers.
W2 Energy is presently working towards supplying letters of request for up to 11,000 Metric tons per month of zero sulphur cetane (diesel) and octane (ethylene) fuels. W2 Energy's first plant, which will be based in Guelph, Ontario will have the capacity of 1,200 Metric tons or 10,000 barrels per day of ethylene blended gasoline. Gross sales of the plant will be in the range of U.S. $240,000,000 for ethlene sales and U.S. $37,862,400 in electricity sales.
I'm talking a serious move up man, not a couple of squirts.. This puppy aint even out of the ice cube tray. You watch over the next couple months...You better load up all you can right now. I got 100K shares at .20 and going to add 100K more on monday. You're in for a hell of a ride in a Green rocket ship. Look at the bar chart and all signals are strong to move up. $1+ and steady momentum in 2-3 months. After that watch out. Remember this post.
Warning to all of you: I am someone who actually knows a thing or two about renewable energy, especially "biomass" energy.
My educational background is in Environmental Technology/Renewable Energy and I have been researching biomass energy for over three years now.
300 MW is a HUGE size for a biomass energy plant. The largest in the WORLD is no more than 200 MW located in Europe.
Most biomass power plants are no larger than 30 MW maximum and many are even smaller than that.
This has nothing to do with the technology and everything about finding enough biomass within a suitable transportation distance to feed to the plant.
A 300 MW project would be a massive undertaking and since it is supposedly being built in Guelph, Ontario, this would be BIG news and everyone would know about it.
As far as I know there has been no such news on such a large power plant being built in Guelph.
If the investors knew anything about energy they would know a figure of 300 MW is way through the roof. This world be a world class project unprecedented in history.
I personally don't buy it one bit. I can discuss the technical details of why this is impossible further to anyone who wishes to ask.
It is a SCAM I am almost 100% sure of that.
