What do you think is the better stock trading site to use when considering cost per Trade!!!!

you mean brokerage?
It depends on if your active or not
If you are moderately active, I would go with Scottrade or Firstrade (preferabley firstrade b/c they have no fees when buying mutual funds where as scottrade charges $20).
If you are very active I would go with Interactive Brokers ( very very low fees, but i believe they charge a nonactivity fee and you have to make a certain number of trades per month).
If you are buying once and never looking back on it until 30 years later I would go with Charles Schwartz (solid brokerage that has been in existence forever, and has a decent rate and provides excellent coverage of stocks)
