Canadian Solar Inc. (NASDAQ: CSIQ) has priced its follow-on secondary offering of 3,500,000 common shares at $34.00 per share. Deutsche Bank and Piper Jaffray are the joint book-runners for the Offering. The underwriters have also been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 525,000 common shares to cover over-allotments. Shares are trading down 0.9% at $35.33 in pre-market trading. Its 52-week trading range is $6.50 to $51.80.
