You have to look at the 3 month, weekly chart and see that last candle that appears. It take alot of time and learning to read charts, candles etc. No one can possibly explain it all, unless you attend a trading seminar or self study by reading books, paper trading etc.

There are alot of parameters to load in stockfetcher, he has a certain criteria which I dont know of, to the stocks he looks for. You learn it by trial and error.

I scan stockfetcher for every stock between .25 and $5 and look at each chart. Then I run my picks through Prophetnet to look at their 2 year charts and draw trend lines. From there I make a watchlist. Takes me a good hour. So I try to post the best picks that are due for a bounce withing a couple of days. IMHO

It takes time but if you work at it I'm sure you can eventually. Please don't get the impression I am as technically prophicient as the Guru but I do know he didn't develop his skill overnight.
