Just as I was thinking of jumpingback into this baby who made me some nice money, they announce the secondary distriubtion, and wham, bam...down she goes.
It was at $17 or so a few weeks ago, and now low $12's. Same thing that happened to NVAX last month.Geesh...Zzzyza,,,are you still in it? hope not :(

That was the top. As soon as you get a secondary offering the game is over.

That was not necessarily the "top", if one considers the top share price being where one expects ACAD will eventually go. Maybe it was only a short-term run up in the price....a temp. top; Where it went previously....and could or could not go again.
Has the company's game-plan changed? Is there still potential and would Cramer still pump the stock based on financials, market trends, its business model, its products (or whatever) if he thought about doing so? Why did everyone buy it the first time around...for a solid reason or just because it was on the show? Seemed like a high rise in price/share to be merely the result of the Cramer affect (but then again---could be so.) How has this second offering changed the financial mumbo-jumbo of the business?
Now we know the IPO price is 12 bucks...and can form a new plan of action from here.
ps. see that face icon above--that's my humble "boohoo...cnxt is dropping today" face

yes I did see that. Still a good company he said...with the secondary at $12, that puts alot folks in the HOP, whehn the price fell. Leaves people not wanting to buy in again cus the comp. F* over its share holders.
