let's see here. I bought at .40 and i am hoping for a double to sell 50% and hold the rest for a year.

This company is in process of merging with another, however it has been delayed due to a lawsuit by former investors who wish to block it. They had a court date today and it may have moved on rumor of the outcome of the court. The merger hopes to be done by June and this stock should rise as a result. I was in at .35 or so, sold after holding for a month of no action at .41
