Hey guys i just wanted to get pples input about tech stocks... this year has been a horrible year for companies like intel and dell... at these levels are they good buys? and how long do pple think it will take before the computer industry starts to pick up pace again... will their growth be stimulated by the new microsoft windows being launched in november?

As far as techs go i like the telecoms. The firberoptics are moving and cramer is doing a great job of pushing them higher. There are some bargings in software stocks too and take a look at the china and india techs that is where the big gains will be imo.
