How do you guys feel on DECC

I am thinking about throwing some cash into this one (DECC)
It has a 10 on msnmoney, a nice dividend (4.1 i believe, makinng it 50 cents a share), and it has a low P/E.
Cramer has yet to pump it but I think it is a brilliant stock from what I see and we should get in before he does pump it.
What do you guys think?
You guys should also get into CRESY...that thing is a goldmine

The CRESY boat sailed, landed in tahiti, hooked up with a local wahini, and now is on the way back to Hoboken.
DECC might have a percent or two left but I doubt it.
I'd say they're short candidates, but I'd have to do a little DD to really pull the trigger.
