Hello, how come this site doesn't have a forum for daily stock picks that are between the $4 - $10 dollar range? That would be very helpful :)

This would be a topic for the suggestion box. But I don't think we have a suggestion box. How come we don't have a suggestion box?
Are you looking for stock tips? We get a reasonable number of posts with all stocks above $2 in this section, why split off $4-10.

How come you don't post your newbie sh*t in newbie and suggestion folders? There are a couple toward the bottom.
Even a smilie does not mask the lack of awareness of how to properly follow forum etiquette.

heh :) Well usually those $2 dollar stock picks have certain restrictions with Ameritrade so the common US stocks for $4+ are ok.

So you are looking for a few stock tips. I would suggest paying for the service. That way you get exactly what you want. IBD has a Top rated stocks under $10 service that you can get for a monthly charge above the subscription price. Thestreet.com also has the same type of service for about $300/yr.
Good Luck.
As Jelly so eloquently pointed out, it is bad form to come here and basically ask for a hand out, from folks who spend their valuable time doing the necessary due diligence to find the info you want. Asking me for stock tips is no different from me coming to your job and asking for free fries or a second toy with a happy meal.

Ok sorry I didn't mean to come out as if I was asking a handout. I feel that I have shared info on stock that I have investigated myself such as my URRE post a few days ago. I thought this forum was to share info :)

So you're thread titled "Should I keep URRE long term?" is you providing info you got yourself and shared? Seems more like you looking for a bit of advice, again for free.
This forum is a place where info is shared, and we get newbies all the time, and they are generally treated pretty well. Just ask a question about where to find info on damn near anything related to the market and you'll be amazed at the answers you get. But when you ask for tips, it comes off as bumming.
If you had said, I bought URRE and gave your reasons for doing so, and then asked for opinions on your reasoning you would have gotten a much better response.

Ok I didn't know you cannot expect someone new to join a forum and know all of the "forum insider" rules. In fact I created a forum that has over a million posts and the reason it is so popular is because we do not attack new people for not understanding. Now I know that my questions annoy you so I won't ask anymore sorry.

Link? Y! Finance has millions of posts...do you think that's a worthy discussion board?

Sadly you fail to realize that it has nothing to do with forum rules. You do not understand the fact that you are asking for something it takes time, effort, and sometimes money to obtain. I trade for a living, as do many others here, you could in some respect be considered competition for the finite supply of profit in this zero sum game we play. The fact that we offer any help to anybody sometimes amazes me, but I have found many here to be worthy of what limited help I can offer, and many others exceedingly generous in what they in turn offer. If you are incapable of discerning the difference between some guy giving you a hack to level 14 on your game forum and someone offering stock research and all that entails you have my sympathy.
As to your questions, suit yourself.
