hey thierry...

there have been a lot of chatroom issues that everyones been experiencing.. people have been getting disconnected, not being able to get in, or getting messages saying theyre already logged on

You are right, but its the lag that's killing me. I don't get disconnected as much as WSE or some of the others do, but it could get annoying.

yeah that too... sometimes the messages when you type it, they dont pop up till like 10, 20, 30 seconds later... or they all pop up at once and you get booted for flooding

I hope all the problems are solved. I don't see any more complaints. Let me know if there are any issues.

on thursday, people were getting kicked out and logged back in pretty frequently...

also sometimes i get kicked off and cant get back in and get an error saying im already logged in

It's set to a maximum of 25.

nope, it just started happening...

is there any way to raise the max? on average, we have about 20-25 in the chat during market hours now..

today had issues again with the chat.. a lot of people were logged out and back in almost instantly

Upgrading the number of users is tricky - I have to change the account type to a lower version and then add custom stuff to bring it back to the current state. I am going to do this on Monday or Tuesday, because it will require some programming changes and I can't do it until then. But once it is done the number of users will be unlimited.
