Its gotta be all hype. You can't tell me they found enough Oil where they are to supply all of west coast, maybe all of this country. Come on, the wave is taking this. I am waiting to short this back to $28-$30. Should get a shot soon but if not then well I am not about to jump in to a runaway train.
