What do you guys know about the aerospace cycle? Jimmy (cramer) often talks about this but I have seen nothing online (analyst research, other research) which talks about it.
I really like Embraer-Empresa Brasileira De Aeronáutica S.A. (ERJ), a brazillian maker of personal jets, commercial jets, and planes for the military. It has a p/e of 14 vs industry avg of 22, it pays a 3.2% dividend (has grown 255 a year for 5 years),and has not done much over the past year (vs. BA at an all-time high).
So, what do you think of the Cycle and this company. Also if you have any articles or links to point me to that would be great. Thanks!
