RushNet, the marketing agent for Rush Beverage Company, is aiming to further its expansion into the drinks market with the purchase of a US brewery.

The drinks licensee is working with the investment group Lynch Partnership One, led by well-known entrepreneur Michael Lynch. Together they will proceed with the private acquisition of the brewery.

Upon completion, RushNet will become the exclusive marketing agent for both existing products produced at the brewery and for any future drinks. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

RushNet president Robert Corr said, "The brewery alliance, by providing RushNet with a constant stream of innovative quality beverages, can transform our company into a full-fledged beverage marketing firm."

The brewery, one of America's oldest, has been family owned and operated for over 100 years and brews and produces its own high-quality branded line of alcoholic and malt beverages and gourmet sodas. The company already supplies Ginseng Rush and other Rush Beverage products. Sales at the brewery were up 40% in the first quarter of 2006 compared to the same period last year.

Mr Corr revealed the company plans to introduce a "complete line of innovative all-natural beverages, such as fresh-brewed flavored teas and sodas, and lightly carbonated 100% juice drinks."

There are some out there that firmly believe that naked short selling is a gigantic business and is always used as a reason for a decline in a stock price, 99% of the time you will find that excuse on penny stock boards.

I really am not sure what I believe. It doesn’t exist or if does happen, how bad of a problem is it? More than likely the truth lies somewhere in the middle.

Short selling, which is totally legal, is when your broker borrows stock for you and credits your account. Then you buy back the stock “cover your short position” hopefully you get to buy back at a lower price and then you return the original amount to your broker and you keep the difference as a profit.

Now from what I understand, “naked shorting” is when there is no shares to borrow but your broker will go ahead and sell shares that they never had.

PLNI - After 3 months of patiently waiting, news was finally announced today and we can bet more great news is on the way, stock is way oversold, this is just the beginning! Buy or cry!

SPZI - Solid company with a solid product (SpoozToolz) and we can expect some significant news sometime in May, IMO. This stock is way oversold and I noticed the last few days of trading have been relatively active, the price seems to be settling now, stock has bottomed IMO. The time to buy is now!

RSHN - One of the biggest plays of '06 IMHO. I (among many others) are playing this stock for the longer term. RushNet is a company in the early stages, but will be very successful with the beverages they produce. The PPS will be much higher, do your homework and be patient!

You have to be careful with that, there's no guarantee your trades will get executed and you'll be stuck. The stock doesn't move all day and then $2 worth trade at some higher number and then its back again, so it looks like a 25% move but nobody really gets it.

SPZI is a longer-term play boys, IMHO. Play it (if you want of course) and hang on for the ride, but be patient, because it might be a little while. Significant news should be announced in the near future. The company will not release any fluff PR's, so any PR released will be a significant one only. Stock is way oversold, great time to get in here!

Excellant long term play here! Buy cheap, because SPZI won't be cheap for much longer IMO. The only reason why the PPS has dropped so much since the spike is simple, SPZI is NOT a reporting company, so investors don't really have anything to follow. What we do know is SpoozToolz has launched and lot's of other important details can be found in past PR's. In addition, an important company "investor summary" can be found at Spooz.com (definitely worth reading). Unfortunately, us shareholders will have to wait it out in the dark, until news is announced (June hopefully).

PLNI: Major announcement is most likely just around the corner. Plasticon is completing '05 audit and first quarter '06 audit. The first quarter of '06 audit is what everyone is waiting for, it's gonna be an exciting year for PLNI, so don't sleep on this stock. Madcow, I know what your saying bro, I have not been doin' very well at all this month. I've been tryin' to pick some winners for everyone, but it's just not happenin' at the moment. PKCY is a perfect example, this stock announced a huge agreement with Circle K today and announced excellant third quarter results and the stock still closed in the red (even though PKCY was in the green for most of the day). This market is definitely frustrating and your right, throwing in the towel for now may not be such a bad idea.

Keep a close eye on PLNI, SPZI, RSHN & PKCY for the month of June!

That would be your choice. I have reason to believe this company (Spooz Inc.) has major potential and I've been reading some rumors on a possible buy out in the future. It's only a matter of time now, financials are coming and many other major announcements are on the way. This is a non reporting company, as I have said in the past, so don't expect fluff PR's, they will only release PR's with some significance. Tight lipped is better than loose lipped IMO. I realize the PPS is low, but it will rebound in due time, you can count on it. Be patient folks, SPZI is way oversold and has bottomed, it's time to load up! Buy or cry!

Most folks are long on the stock. I believe SPZI has most definitely bottomed, it's been hanging around in the $0.011-$0.014 range for quite a while now. In addition, there is only a little volume everyday, that tells me the stock is WAY oversold and seems to have hit rock bottom. I also, received an e-mail from the Chief Marketing Officer at Spooz Inc. and he mentioned that an announcement will hit the wire in June. This stock will require patience, but the time to get in is now. I played this stock before, so I am familiar with it, SPZI ran from exactly where it's sitting now.

PLNI made a nice little run into the close today, finished the day at $0.004, up 5.26%! I believe the '05 and first quarter '06 audits are complete and will be officially announced tomorrow (Friday, May 26) or next week. The volume today was relatively large at 20,573,350, around average +/-

The MACD lines have crossed over and it looks like we will start to uptrend from this level. I expect a tidal wave of announcements in the coming weeks, so dont sleep on Plasticon, this company is the real deal!

With Gold Gym contracts & the push of E water this just may put their stock around .1 by say, Thanksgiving? Being in the New Yawk region im looking forward to their Apple flavoured drink. Smart to use upstate apples- they're delicious, inexpensive, healthy & good for local farmers. (And, little known to most folks is apples have their own form of 'caffeine', helps wake you up in the morning as good as coffee some studies have shown)

Packaging wise a slightly updated logo would help but a good tasting drink is all that really matters, then its pretty much word of mouth from there.

What's up soundL. You better believe I am right about RSHN, this will be one of the biggest plays of '06 IMO. Also keep a close watch on PLNI & SPZI, because I will be right with those 2 gems as well ;)
