NYX - Good Buy?

Well, I'm on the mailing list for the stock orders cramer suggests. One of them was NYX - NYSE Group, it had a sell rating at $100, while it's at nearly $74 right now.

And I was going to place the buy but since scottrade stucks ass right now, it's not letting me.

So, while I'm waiting, does anyone have any suggestions or information on this one? Is the $100 sell price correct?

on cnbc a week or 2 back, some analyst said it was worth $64.
no growth potential.
thats all i remember and i'm stickin to it : )
