I can't figure out what caused the major sell-off these past few days. Anyone have an idea?
The dividend news that came out AH tuesday sounds pretty good. I will be keeping an eye on this one in the morning.

This baby is going to run. Look at this info on CBAY:
The current O/S is now 2,055,360.
Also Cbay was just added to Naked short list on March 31st. Another reason for the decline in pps and all the more reason to get in now for the short squeeze.

Dividends
If the company can do $.01 per share in dividends per quarter...thats a minimum of $.04 per year. I assume at least a 10 PE (which is low)...that means this should be at minimum $.40-.50 off the simplest of pricings. Definitely think its a bargain here.

Cal-Bay International, Inc. to Acquire California-Based COBS Homes LLC
Business Wire - April 21, 2006 10:16

Pawson further commented, "We are delighted to have the opportunity to expand the horizons for both companies by way of the acquisition, many joint venture projects are available within the internal operations of the companies, and Cal-Bay will make available the resources to the COBS subsidiary to expand their operations and marketing needs to further grow the company, resulting in maximized market awareness, expanded corporate sponsorship, increased revenues and profitability. This stock has been bewildering for some time now, If I looked at the stock on damn near any day in the last 30 I would have predicted an upturn and run. I bailed when my down was 15% and have been considering a buy back in, but each time I chickened out and it fell again. If I can get in at .165 -.17 maybe I'll put it back on the table. If it goes from .165 to .19 I break even, seems to be a lock but once bitten twice shy. I'm gonna think about it over a bit of espresso at the local SBUX.

This made the week so far. Props out to Mad Girl, I bailed on this a while back and got back in last week because of your posts (and my DD, which amounted to "this CAN'T go any lower can it?"). I avg'd to .20 for a serious bunch (by my standards anyway) and I'm up better than 10% across the board mainly because of CBAY over the last week. CHDT helped as well. Good luck to all who are still in.

SAN DIEGO, May 17, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Cal-Bay International, Inc. (CBAY, Trade) announces agreement for the purchase of a 14 Home Rental Portfolio in Aberdeen, Mississippi.
Cal-Bay's Board of Directors today announced the company has entered in to a contract for the purchase of a Portfolio of 14 Single Family Residence Rental Properties in Aberdeen, Mississippi.

Cal-Bay's real estate currently under contract, in escrow and owned by Cal-Bay is approaching 500 properties, with a market value in excess of $48M, with annual rental revenues approaching $4M.

not your fault at all Mad Girl.
I was gonna sell anyway, just wanted to hear more opinions (just wish I waited 10 more minutes!!).
But what a jumpy stock!!
Forget about the overall gain, look at the price range today for example.
I want to get in this one again when it drops some.

What is this forum? The Beavy of Naken women!
One of these days Im gonna post MY nude shot, and boy are you gonna drool.
Best to have someone standing by to wipe it for you.
As for CBAY...I aint got no money to play it,,,so I hope you make a ton.

Unfortunately, the pull back on CBAY has been on big volume. CBAY will go back down to the .20's if the MA(50)(.36) and the MA(30)(.34) are compromised. IMHO

Let me just say, half of Miami has seen Mad Girl's nude shot and we agree that she is HOT, HOT, HOT. The Miami HEat are in the NBA Finals mostly due to Mad Girl's nude shot found in all the lockers and used as motivation.

Oh my goodness.....Mad Girl has got a few fans here :)
That makes Mad Girl very pleased, very very pleased.
Mad Girl did not know she was inspiration for the Miami Heat in thier route to the play off's. Mad Girl is very happy that here generous bottom makes Pierre drool. Mad Girl offers Pierre a little white hanky in which to clean up after himself.

May be u need > $25K in ur account in order to "Day trade". Well, u can get it if u keep flipping the CBAY.

I know, I wish!!
don't have 25K to play with right now...
i've only bought this stock 2wice, the first time i broke even (cuz I didn't settle for a 40% gain thinking this thing will take off), but it'll stay on my watch list for a while.

you can buy shares with unsettled funds, you just cant sell it until the funds are settled after 3 days...if you do your account gets frozen for 90 days which owuld suck.
