How do options work?

I've been trying to learn more about them, but for some reason none of the stuff I read really makes sense to me?

I know what stocks are and I have been buying and selling them for a couple of years.

Check out the recent posts by wallstreetsedge and netwrangler. I did read them just now but I still can't make heads of tails of either one. They whoooooshed over my head.

go to investopedia.com theyll have quite a bit of info on options... if you have any questions, feel free to post them here and youre sure to get good answers
