GD, patience my friend, I realize this stock has been frustrating! I feel like I've been in the dark on this one as well, but be patient. No news sometimes is good news and I believe we will get a solid PR very soon. I expect a pop this month! Also, thegreenbaron usually reports updates on PLNI and they believe a big pop is imminent! The next greenbaron PLNI report is within the next 30 days I believe, which is encouraging due to the fact that greenbaron probes (contacts company management etc.). Be patient!

I don't know if any of you have been watching this one, but PLNI has been trending upwards, slowly but surely, all this week in anticipation to the audited financial statements for '05 and first quarter of '06 (which are expected to be great)! In addition, Plasticon is submitting the necessary filings to uplist to the OTC:BB, then eventually to the American Stock Exchange and major share buy back news is on the way as well, exciting times for PLNI! This year is supposed to be the break out year and it seems like that would be the case.

Latest filings indicate PLNI will regain listing on PinkSheets.com and emerge from quiet period

In our last major update on PLNI on May 10, we urged our members to have “just a little more patience, and we believe the reward will be worth the wait”. We understand that the past several weeks have been frustrating as PLNI has tested lows at about .0037 per share, a level not seen since last December. The closing price of .004 per share on Friday, May 26 may very well be the lowest price we see again on PLNI stock.

In a press release issued on May 8, 2006, CEO Jim Turek stated, “In the coming days and weeks, the Company will be making additional financial information available to its shareholders and the public, which will include un-audited financial statements for the first quarter of 2006. From the many posts I've been reading today, it seems TDAmeritrade is the problem as far as trading PLNI goes. I suggest you check out siliconinvestor.com for PLNI opinions, very knowledgeable guys on that forum.

Acquisitions, transitions, revamping, marketing quality control, take time for a large corporation with an adequate management team.

PLNI is very small, little management. PLNI bit off more than they could chew 04-05, they made too many promises, good intentions, high hopes, goals, dreams...but too much to promise to ppl who want to get rich over night.

Had they said "We are going to focus on these acquistions for the near term, focus on our QC, focus on our product for the next year, then..." Hindsight is 20/20.

If you put it into perspective what they have accomplished it is quite remarkable IMO.

Yes the pieces are now starting to come together, they are now focusing on those promises. They have done everything else that they said they would do, the acquisitions.

Think about it what is harder an acquisition or getting out audits? They already did the hard part.

The audits will come, the buyback will come, the move up to otc:bb will come, the moon will come....

You can play with other pennies, make $100 here or there, $1000 here or there, it'll add up over time, a year maybe two. If you are lucky you'll make $100K-200K. In the same amount of time you spent goofing off, PLNI will make the longs very rich. Spend your time wisely. It will go by fast and the reward will be phenomenal. IMO.

Around this time last year, the stock ran from $0.0025 to $0.02! I'm lookin' for a similar run, considering major announcements are on the way as far as I understood in a recent PR.

Another fact people need to seriously take into consideration is, the unaudited first quarter '06 financial statement shows Plasticon is profitable for the first time, correct? I wonder if this has anything to do with ProMold and SEMCO? Of course it does! If Plasticon can keep increasing revenues year over year, which is quite possible, then sky is the limit!

The company has a strategy in place IMO. This year is supposed to be the breakout year, the year for dramatic growth. The company acquired ProMold and SEMCO, which are excellant acquisitions. ProMold and SEMCO position Plasticon for major growth, believe it or not.

In addition, Plasticon has a share buy back in place, which will be executed in the very near future. As well, the company is submitting the necessary filings to move the company to the OTC:BB, then eventually to the AMEX, which will be a milestone, a key point for the success of Plasticon. A move to the OTC:BB would be excellant, considering pinksheets seems to be di*king Plasticon around in regards to removing PLNI quotes. As far as I'm concerned, Plasticon has filed the appropriate reports to regain quotation.

Keep your heads up and be patient, it may take a little more time than expected, but $0.01, $0.02 etc. is coming, you can count on it.

Plasticon stock has not been immune to the woes of the stock market. We believe PLNI stock has additionally continued to suffer since the cautionary message at Pinksheets.com has not been removed and active quotes at the site are still not offered. It was expected that once financials were submitted by the Company and an opinion letter issued by its attorney that PLNI would gain some much needed credibility with Pinksheets.com and, in turn, the investment community. We understand PLNI is still attempting to resolve any remaining issues.

The lack of news in a free falling market where many stocks have cut in half has not helped the situation. PLNI has promised to deliver audited financials in order to move to the Bulletin Board, and based on recent conversations with the Company we are assured that the work will get done. We know everyone would like to see this finished immediately, but auditors cannot be rushed. Years 2003 and 2004 have been audited, and we only wait for the year 2005 audit.

The Green Baron Report still believes Plasticon is capable of delivering tremendous results based on innovative products. This company was a complete fake and the 'ceo' a theif. Now maybe they will get the jail time they deserve.

So just be careful of these penny stock companies...many of which end up being frauds. I learned the hard way, but at least I didn't invest much!
