VTSS - Do You See It?

I could use some help on this - In addition to hearing little voices, (buy buy buy buy buy buy)
I sometimes see things that aren't there. I looked at VTSS last night and I thought I saw a double bottom, a fairly well defined "W".
Does anyone else see the same thing? Could this be the sign? Or Is this just another illusion? How accurate are these formations? Could this be The House Of Pleasure? :confused:

Double Bottoms usually appear after a long slow downtrend...

kinda looks like a cup w/ a really short handle.... prob just going into a base...

My bet would be this stock's price will jiggle along sideways in price if this is all the steam this puppy can harnest on a good day in the stock market ($spx or S&P 500) Reference:
