Is this bill actually in draft form, or is it just something that is being talked about [on either side]? This sounds like posturing to me.

Regardless, I wouldn't worry about it before February 2009 at the earliest. Even with a Democratic Congress and President, I can't see this making the top-ten list of things to do.

Charts are different & sectors makes no sense. MA is moving in between 280-300 range(kind of bull flag formation). If it breaks above on good volume then it will ride much higher. If it breaks down below 275 where middle BB can act as a support, you need to exit.
Even take a look at V. Consolidation going on. Middle BB is acting as a support now. Middle BB acted as a support when stock fell at 78 few days back & then it went back up soon. Middle BB also acted as a support in mid-april. Fall below 80, you should exit as it might go to 75 or even lower upto 70.

I'm expecting Autozone AZO to rise on good earnings news on Monday. AAP Advance Auto Parts reported on Friday and did well. In economic times and money tight, people tend to do more auto maintenance their self. You can save several dollars doing a simple oil change yourself.

With that stament I assume that you think that AZO will miss earnings or not move up on positive earnings? Is that what your position is on this play? Congestion seems to be a middle of the road word, or Tan not Black or White!

I personally see it running up, the profit taking coming in, and it going back down after earnings report.
