Often times I hear something on tv or read an article and they say in regards to the price of a stock or commodity that and x number of calls/put were bought/sold today and they also know the volume. Where do I find this info on options so I can see where the speculators are speculating? Any help would be appreciated just trying to follow the smart money :)

I get call and put information from my trading software using L2 [level 2] data.

You can also get a great deal of information about option chains - including call and put volume and pricing - at the CBOE site.

Here is a link (http://delayedquotes.cboe.com/options/options_chain.html?ASSET_CLASS=&ID_OSI=&ID_NOTATION=) to that site. Note that there are a number of other useful links on this page.
