Markets in Asia were mixed. The Nikkei fell .2% to 14,219. Mitsubishi Corp rose 3.4% to 3690. NEC fell 2.4% to 538. The Hang Seng rose .3% to 25,598. China Petroleum (SNP) rose 3..4% to 7.69.
