(The Green Baron): Special Update -- Plasticon Intl. (PK: PLNI)

We last reported about Plasticon on February 20 and another update is necessary since many of our members and investors alike have been left guessing what to expect since no news has been released from the Company since January 30. We are glad to report the following after conversations with CEO Jim Turek and Senior Consultant Bill Howe.

Plasticon has completed two important acquisitions that have required significant additional accounting. The Company’s auditors are diligently preparing all the documents necessary to bring its filings current which will include the acquisitions of Pro Mold and Semco Manufacturing. Pro Mold is now producing multiple trailer loads for its primary buyer BlueLinx (http://www.bluelinxco.com/home.asp).

Plasticon has recently structured a totally separate legal entity called Surface Specialty, Inc. so that its Semco division can bid on jobs that require union labor. The division that will utilize non-union labor is called Ultimate Surfacing. The Green Baron Report understands that Plasticon’s Semco division will be bidding on a lot of jobs in the near future and will need these divisions to properly bid for and secure its projects.

PLNI continues to churn at levels between .0055 and .0070 per share. We continue to believe in the future of Plasticon and its staggering potential. It will likely take the completion of its audit to finally get the shares of PLNI moving up again. Once this occurs, we may see a tidal wave of news that has been building over the past few months. We will not venture to guess when exactly the audit will drop, but we certainly want to own the stock when it does.

What's up homies? Just wanna give ya'll investor's another heads up on my personal favorite company Plasticon Inc. (PLNI), this is gonna be a banger folks! AmericanBulls.com = BUY confirmed today (based on candle stick chart analysis), take it for what it's worth. I plan on adding to my position tomorrow morning. In addition, rumor has it, big news to hit the wire in the very near future (I guesstimate news hits within 1 month), lot's of heads discussing PLNI on other well known forums (RB, Investor's Hub etc.). A tidalwave of news will most likely be released due to the absence of PR's for about 2 months now. DO NOT SLEEP ON PLNI! Remember folks, the time to get in these bangers is NOW! Don't wait until this thing takes off like MJ in the '88 dunk comp. I believe PLNI will move quickly when the superb news hits, so get in now. Buying PLNI shares under 0.0060 is a steal. Keep your heads up, aiiiiiiiiight!!

This gem is gonna break old highs soon boys! Sorry Prodigy, but I have held a position in PLNI since August or so, waiting for that damn audit. They have been working on it for almost 2 years!!

This could be a good company if management was better, but I am tired of the BS from them. No news since late December, their L2 quotes were removed from PinkSheets.com and their investor relations refuse to answer any emails other than to tell you to call them.

To me it sounds like they have something to hide. But this is a pinksheet stock and it really is no better than a lottery tix.

Anyhow...I for one will NOT be adding any more to my position in PLNI and I am in fact just waiting for their next pump so I can unload my shares into the mix.

I just wanna make a little prediction in regards to one of my favorite plays for '06, PLNI! I know alot of traders are frusterated with this stock, especially since no PR has been dropped in about 2 months I believe, but sometimes, no news is good news!

Prodigy prediction: PLNI moves big within the next 2 weeks max!

I and I'm sure many other traders have been waiting for a PR and a PR will come, but I think a run will come even before a PR is released. Just my opinion, hold tight, PLNI gonna take flight like MJ and soon!

Just a hunch, I think PLNI is set to launch. I realize a solid PR would help most definitely and a PR will come in due time, but the charts imply a run is coming and soon, like I said, sometimes no news is good news. The tug-O-war at these levels has been goin' on for long enough, it's time for the bulls to make a hard run! Patience will be rewarded.

This damn stock, I have been in it since July/August 05 still waiting for the stupid audit.

Most of the stuff in the PRs never comes to be, thats when they were actually putting out PRs.

The mangement stinks, the CEO is going through personal Bankruptcy, working on an audit for almost two years, company has been silent for two months, can't get anything out of IR department.

Personally I don't think we will ever see the company audit, I am just waiting for the next pump so I can sell.

I hope I am wrong, I originally liked what the company does, or what they say they do. PLNI is my early education, I didn't even realize what a Pink Sheet Stock was when I got in, I just started my stock market dablings :|
